I am so glad (?) that I have found this web-site. Two of my Chichuahuas were doing okay on Purina One ( I know it is not the best choice there is) and Iams Savory beef sauce. I bought 2 Beagles puppies and have them bathed at a local petstore. The groomer advised me of the Nutro Nature Choice puppy small bites. Amazing thing at first is the Nutro dry foods does not smell bad as others ( it smells like tea leaves or dry hay) and all 4 of my pets eat the Nutro dry foods as crazy. On the third day, one of the Chi throwed up twice the yellow liquid and get tired often. I also notice the 2 puppies’ stools are real liquid and somewhat like Diarrreah. After five day of antiobiotic, anti-diarreah and vomit med, the beagles stools are still very loose and all the dogs are sort of less playful. Today, I stop the Nutro dry foods completly ans switch back to Purina One and Purina dog chow. NUTRO products may have all 4 of my pets killed. Beware of the NUTRO brand name if you love your pets.
